Hello!

My name is Blake.

Welcome to my site!

Ben
Engineering Manager / Enercon Technologies

Blake is an intelligent, creative, and motivated engineer who became a respected member of our team. His performance was well beyond typical expectations for first- or second-year student internships. He integrated into the team as an additional engineering resource quickly and was able to make meaningful contributions to projects within the group. His work included support through multiple software testing activities as well as direct software development tasks on several of our NPD projects.

FPGA Design Engineer / Enercon Technologies

When Blake first came to us it was following his first year of college. Frankly speaking, I didn’t expect him to be especially efficient given that he only had a year of engineering classes to speak for. He quickly proved me wrong. Not only was he teaching himself topics that he hadn’t learned in school yet, but he was doing so quickly enough that he was finishing before project deadlines consistently.

HR Recruiting Manager / Enercon Technologies

We usually do not take students into our Intern program who have just completed their first year of college, but Blake was an exception. He was very personable, articulate, knowledgeable and his ability to jump right in with our Embedded Firmware Engineers that Summer working closely with our Engineers and taking part in projects was impressive.

Mark
Principal Embedded Firmware Engineer

Blake has distinguished himself among his peers for his thoroughness in ensuring that his work products are complete and correct. Unusually for a person of his experience, he takes the time and effort to understand the requirements of a task prior to diving into coding. He probes the edges and the corners of the problem space to ensure that his solution is robust to the conditions it will encounter. He listens to his customers and strives to exceed their expectations.
